Replacement Button Pad for Remotes with FCC ID KOBUT1BT and KOBLEAR1XT 3 Button

If your remote buttons are working intermittently or not working at all this may fix it. It is a known common problem of these remotes that the conductors on the button pad go pad. That’s why we have this replacement button pad. This will fit 3 button remotes that have these two FCC IDs: KOBLEAR1XT and KOBUT1BT. These are the GM part numbers for those remotes: 15042968 and 15732803. Open your old remote by placing a dime in the slot along the seam and twist. The remote pops open and you can remove the circuit board and button pad. Put the new button pad in place of your old one and then close the remote.
